Hazel West Anderson

Hazel West Anderson, born April 30, 1925, passed away March 29, 2016, at age 90. She was a member of Texas Valley Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Rev. James W. Anderson; grandsons, Tony Henegar and James Sluss; parents, William and Doshia West; brother, Lawrence (Marie) West; brother-in-law, Arthur Ellis. Survived by daughters, Jane (Delmar) Henegar and Donna (Danny) Sluss; grandson, Jason (Ashley) Sluss; sisters, Julia West, Grace Ellis, and Peggy (Joe) Albright, all of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Vic Hicks. The family would like to thank Rachel, Laura, Angel and Mike of Amedisys Hospice Care for their love and kindness and to family and friends for their love, prayers and kindness. The family will receive friends 11:30 am – 1:30 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel and go in procession to Texas Valley Baptist Church Cemetery for graveside service, Rev.
