Hazel Marie Merritt

Hazel Marie Merritt, age 84, of Knoxville, Tn. passed away January 25, 2013 at her home. She was retired from the Lazy Boy Co. of Monroe, Michigan. Preceded in death by husband, Verlin “Bud” Merritt. Parents, Everette and Icy Osborne and nine brothers and sisters. Survivors: children, Donald Merritt, Teresa Snavely, Virginia Umin, Glen Merritt and Marie Hill. 13 grandchildren. Several great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Brother, Ralph Osborne. Funeral service 10:30 am Tuesday, Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City. Rev. Tommy Muncey offiaiating. Interment Clapps Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-8 pm Monday at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City.
