She is survived by her devoted daughters and sons-in-laws, Janice and Wayne Clifford, Linda and Leigh Chagnon; brother and sister-in-law, David and Ann Huskey and family; beloved granddaughters Shannon Clifford and Sarah Lynn; a grandson and granddaughter; grandsons Will and Pat Chagnon, loving great granddaughter, Avery Lynn Chagnon, great grandsons, Landon Chagnon and Trey Tippit; nieces Pat and Annie Cox; nephew Randy Huskey and family; special friends: Jim Bibee, Linda Sanders, Faye Creekmore, Paul and Linda Patterson, Pam Berrier Ferguson, Terri and Eddie Spradlen, Barry Litton, and her Sunday School class at Inskip.
She loved everyone she knew, too many to name, and was loved in return by all who knew her. The family appreciates the loving care she received from the staff at Autumn Care Assisted Living, and Smoky Mountain Hospice during the last months of her life.
At her request, there will only be a short graveside service officiated by Pastor Mike Segars at New Gray Cemetery on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 11:00am. Family and friends will meet at 10:15am at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel to go in procession to the cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Alzheimer’s Association.
