Hazel Irene Orrick

Hazel Irene "Snuffy" Orrick, age 98 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord Monday, November 28, 2022. Member of Old Rugged Cross Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by beloved husband David Orrick, and daughter Dreama Stafford. She is survived by son Michael Cox, daughters Donna Smith and Teresa Conley, grandchildren, Timothy Cox, Shelley Johnson, Alex Cox, William Hook, Jonathan Smith, Charles F. Kitts Jr., Dusty Kitts, Melody Mills, Tracy Goins and great-great grandchildren, and special friends Sandra Woods and Jr. Brooks. Family will receive friends at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, December 2, 2022, with funeral service to follow at 8:00 pm, officiated by Michael Henderson and Bill Canada.
