Gwendolyn Ann Donehew (Butler) age 62 of Knoxville passed away Monday, June 3, 2024 peacefully in her sleep due to a long term illness. Gwen was a loving and devoted wife as well as a mother to many. She loved her family, Norris lake, the beach, fast cars and music along with cooking and having family get together for any occasion. Gwen loved taking care of all of her kids the most. She was the neighborhood mom. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Annie Butler; uncle, Carl Butler; and aunt, Pearl Butler. She is survived by her parents, Allen and Debbie Butler; husband, Jeffrey Donehew; sons, Allen (Melissa) Donehew, Chico (Ashley) Leese and Brandon Kingore; daughters, Brandy Donehew, Isabell Robles and Brandi (Chad) Jenkins; grandchildren, Karen (Jacob), Chelsy, Nicole Donehew, Wesley (Kristin) Welch, Eric Welch, Bryson Robles, Tyson, Colson Napier; great grandchildren, Serinity, Raylan Welch, Casein, Tinsley and Bentley Cook; siblings, Timothy (Marcia) Butler, Kojack (Crystal) Butler, Alicia Belle, Michelle (Ernie) Perry and Jackie (Chris) Weaver; special nieces, Kristi Greene, Kaira Donehew and Allie Butler; special friends, Connie (Allen) Gilland and Anne Miller along with many more family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at the Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel on Thursday, June 13th, 2024 from 5-7:00pm. Carl (Chico) Leese will officiate.
