Grover Elmer Crowe

Crowe, Grover E., age 81, was called home by his Heavenly Father at his residence in Maryville on Sunday, August 5, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daris and Lillie Mae Crowe; brother, Willie Crowe; sisters, Pearl Mathis, Bertha Mae Cameron and Wilma Jean Overholt; son, Richard Crowe. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Pauline C. Crowe; sons, Darrell and Teresa Crowe, Joseph and Kathy Crowe and Danny and Rita Crowe; daughter, Tammy and Kevin Cramer; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Funeral service 8:00 pm Tuesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Jim (Tater) Wells and Gerald Smelcer officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Blount Memorial Hospice or Eagleton Village Baptist Church, 117 Main Road, Maryville, TN 37804. Family and friends will meet 9:45 am Wednesday at Glenwood Cemetery, 7212 Central Avenue Pike, Powell, TN 37849 for 10:00 am interment. Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Dial, Brad Crowe, Lee Lawless, Aaron Crowe, Jessie Hurst, Doug Mayes, Gary Treece and Gary Harvey. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
