Goneau Heath

Goneau Gentry Heath was born August 20, 1921 and went to her heavenly home on December 13, 2018 at the age of 97. Goneau was a longtime member of North Knoxville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Cleve Gentry and her mother, Bonnie Stooksbury Gentry; Aunt who raised her, Cora Stooksbury; husband of 51 years, K.C. Heath; Brothers, Ray and Carson Gentry; Sister, Jessie Beeler; Granddaughter, Julie Hourigan; Son-in-law, James "Jim" Bean. She is survived by Daughters, Marcene (Jim) Weddington and Deann Bean; special Grandchildren, Greg Cameron, Jessica Bean, and Brad Bean; Great-Granddaughter, Heather Clements; Great-great Grandson, Cohen Clements; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 PM, Sunday, December 16, 2018 with the funeral to be held at 3:00 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet at the entrance of Highland Memorial Cemetery at 10:45 AM for an 11:00 AM graveside service on Monday, December 17, 2018. In Lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made in Goneau's memory to the organ fund of North Knoxville Baptist Church 217 W. Oldham Ave Knoxville, TN 37917.
