Goldie Novada Reed

Goldie N. Reed, age 96, of Halls passed away at 5:35pm Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at NHC Fort Sanders. Retired from Levi’s, Member of Salem Baptist Church since 1980, and she played the piano in many Baptist Churches in the Knoxville area. She also sang in the Cheerful Four Quartet singing for many years at revivals, evangelists and conventions in the Knoxville area. She is preceded in death by beloved Parents Rev. Vasco and Cordie Selvidge, Husband Floyd Reed, Siblings, Delpha Locke, Marcella Pittman, Clondis Selvidge, Christine Coile, and Edward Selvidge. Survivors; Son, Eddie Reed and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 2:45pm Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Greenwood Cemetery for a 3:00pm Graveside Service Rev.
