Gloria Jean Helton

Gloria Jean Helton, age 77 of Knoxville, went to be with her Lord and Savior November 24 ,2021. She was saved at the age of 14 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Gloria will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by husband William Dean Helton, siblings Carol Gideon, Sharon Tucker, John Henderson, and Donna Latham. Survived by children Roger Wilkerson (Tammy), Tammy Sproles (Keith), Carol Southerland (Mike), Mark Wilkerson (Cindy), Gary Wilkerson (Jeanene) LaRhonda Williams (Tim), Wesley Helton, grandchildren Shane Sproles, Karrie, Dustin, and Darren Southerland, Brittney Hamilton, Meghan and Sara Wilkerson, Jodi Heidrick, Joi Keck, Hunter Williams, 9 great-grandchildren, siblings Frank Henderson (Debbie) and Mary Welch (Carlos), several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Monday, November 29, 2021, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with service to follow at 7:00pm, Rev. Herb Coffey officiating.
