Gertrude H. Mccloud

Gertrude H. McCloud, age 99, passed away October 11, 2016 to be with her Savior and now there is no more pain and suffering. Preceded in death by husband, Sam P. McCloud and granddaughter, Angela Dawn McCloud. Survived by: Children, Evelyn and Alvin Underwood, Kyle and Alma McCloud, Wayne and Glenda McCloud. 6 Grandchildren, 12 Great grandchildren and 7 Great-great grandchildren. The family would like to give special thanks to her caretaker and special angel, Rosa Wallace and her wonderful neighbor Teddy Williams. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Unity Baptist Church Building Fund. Family will receive friends 5 – 8pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Funeral Service to follow, Rev. Bill Acuff and Rev. Doug Fielden officiating. Family will meet 10:45am Friday at Fort Sumter Community Cemetery for 11am interment service.
