Geneva P. Dyer

Geneva Dyer, age 74, of Knoxville went to be with the Lord October 26, 2016. She was a member of Glen Oak Baptist Church and attended Dutch Valley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by daughter Rhonda Leeper; son Dennis Joe Powell; parents Jimmy and Hester Phillips; several siblings. Survived by husband Lloyd Dyer; children David Powell Sr., Karen Owens, Randy Powell and wife Regina; step-children Ginger Ogles, Steve Dyer, Anthony Dyer; many, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 2 sisters; 4 brothers; as well as several nieces, nephews, and other loved ones. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with funeral service to follow at 7pm with Rev. Charlie Reynolds officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45am Saturday at Greenwood Cemetery for 11am interment.
