Geneva Frances Graves

Geneva Frances (Hinton) Graves, born March 15, 1922 and passed away January 20, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband Avrell Harding Graves, infant daughter Kathy Elaine, parents Oscar and Ruby (Murray) Hinton, brothers James and Wallace, and sisters Mildred, Catherine, and Lorena. She is survived by sons: Michael Zane Graves (Becky Harless) of Knoxville and Joseph Avrell Graves (Debbie West) of Corryton. Grandsons: Michael Kelly Graves (Dusty Miller), of Knoxville, Joseph Kevin Graves (Brandy Stills), Gregory Matthew Graves (Candace Cate) of Corryton. Granddaughter Casey Suzanne Graves Chumley (David) of Corryton. Great-grandsons Troy Allen Graves, Jacob Houk, Trevor and Weston Stills. Great-granddaughters: Kathryn (Katy) Suzanne Barnes (Kenny), KaLynn Renee Graves, and Taylor Suzanna Graves. Great-great-granddaughter Kailyn Jade Graves. Sister-in-law Betty C. Graves North Miami Beach, Florida, and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Kelly, Kevin, Gregory, Troy Graves, Bill Harless, and Crosby (Butch) Drew. Honorary pallbearer Harvey Wright. The family wishes to thank the staff and caregivers of Life Care Center of Jefferson City and Amedisys Hospice for their excellent care of Geneva. Receiving of friends will be from 12:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. Thursday January 25, 2018 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with a procession following to Rocky Dale Cemetery in Corryton for a 2:30 p.m. Graveside Service with Rev. David Smith Officiating.
