Gary Leon Lundy

Gary Leon Lundy, age 82, of Knoxville, TN died Sunday afternoon, March 23, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Gary was a member of Atkins Baptist Church. He was a local musician and very artistic in various mediums. Gary could make everyone smile. He was loved by many and he loved everyone with his big heart. He never met a stranger, just a potential new friend. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Ira and Eula (Onks) Lundy, siblings and their spouses, Bill and Doris Lundy, Kathryn and Bill McCall and Linda Sharp. Gary is survived by his beloved wife of sixty-three years, Pat Lundy; children, Alan (Trish) Lundy and Myra (Jeff) Sharp; grandchildren, Brandon (Ashlea) Lundy, Brittany Muse, Zach (Morgan) Sharp and Chloe (Steven) Fahl; great-grandchildren, Roman Muse, McKenzie Muse, Paityn Muse, Tyson muse, Hallie Fahl and Preston Sharp; brother-in-law, Mike Sharp. Several nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel.
