Gary Emmerson Armstrong, age 68 of Knoxville, TN went to be with the Lord on Saturday May 14, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents Rev. Dean and Ruth Armstrong; and brother Jackie Dean Armstrong. He is survived by his daughter: Beverly (Jr) Hammock; son: Joe (Bethany) Armstrong; grandchildren: Ashley Hammock, Kevin Hammock, Kaitlyn Armstrong, Emma Armstrong; and brother Kenneth Armstrong. The family will receive friends at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel on Friday, May 27, 2022, from 5:00pm-7:00pm, with a 7:00pm service to follow.
