Gary Dewayne Lawhorn age 63 of Knoxville passed away Monday, 4:27 AM April 12, 2021 at home surrounded by his family. He was a very hard-working man who loved his family. He was a U.T. football fan. Survivors, wife Deborah Lawhorn; daughters, Angel Lawhorn, April Roberts, Dianna Vaskovsky; son, Gary Dewayne Lawhorn, Jr.; children he raised, Cierra Nix, Steven Nix, Andrea Nix, Robert Nix, Destiney Nix, Malaysia Nix; 15 grandchildren; parents Bobbie and Henry Lawhorn; brothers, Darrell and Brian Lawhorn; several nieces and nephews. All services were private.
