Gala Jo Mattson

Gala Jo Mattson, age 54 of Knoxville, Tennessee (formally of Jefferson County, Kentucky) passed away on January 11, 2021 at her home. She was a loving mother to three children and a CNA care giver to her loving husband for 38 years. Preceded in death by her mother, father and her loving husband James R. Mattson as well as her daughter Andrea. She is survived by her sisters: Donna Carter and Joyce Reichle; brother Wayne Ross; sons, James Mattson and Shawn Mattson; daughter Sara Mattson; three loving grandchildren: Danielle, Abigail and C.J., along with several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
