Frankie Lee Richards

Frankie L. Richards age 74 of Heiskell, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Ben Atchley State Veterans Home.  He was of the Baptist faith.  He was a retired truck driver, auto mechanic and auto body/paint worker.  Veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps serving in Viet Nam.  He was a NASCAR fan and loved to fish.  Preceded in death by grandchild, Karter Headrick; parents, Frank and Nora Richards; sister, Geraldine Bailey; brothers, Benny and Steve Richards.  Survivors; wife, Sandra; daughter and son-in-law, Katrina and Jeff Headrick; grandchildren, Brandon Clemmer, Brianna Clemmer, Kyler (Stephanie) Headrick, Cody  (Amanda) Headrick and Grace Headrick (John Roberts); great-grandchildren, Braxtyn Clemmer, Kamden Headrick, Korbin Headrick, Judson Headrick and Madelyn Roberts; sister, Georgia Boruff; several nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel followed by a 7:00 p.m. funeral service, Rev. Stan Kasior officiating.  Family and friends will meet 12:15 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024 at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery (2200 E. Gov. John Sevier Hwy) for a 12:30 p.m. committal service with full military honors provided by the East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard.  Condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com
