Frank Roberts, age 92, of Corryton, TN went to be with the Lord in the evening hours of Thursday, November 21, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Frank was a a faithful member and Deacon of Highland Baptist Church. He was retired from Standard Knitting Mills and was a United States Army Veteran serving in the Korean War. Frank was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Eunice Ruth Henderson Roberts in 2006; parents, Louie and Hattie Marie (Wolfenbarger) Roberts; sisters and brothers in law, Geraldine and Tom McMillan, Bobbie and Sherman Widner; brothers, E.G. (Tom) Roberts, Jesse Roberts and Ralph Roberts; sister-in-law, Diana Henderson. He is survived by his loving children and spouses, Lynette and Steve Hackler and Kevin and Martha Roberts; grandchildren, Logan (Jonathan) Martin, Lauren (Joshua) Greene, Makenna (Kaleb) Clifton, Nathan (Leanna) Roberts and Jared Roberts; great-grandchildren, Willow, Rocket, Wren, Indigo, River, Milo and Micah; brother and sister in law, John and Faye Roberts; sisters-in-law, Dot Roberts, Blanche Roberts, Jenny Roberts, Betty Hambrick, Patsy Henderson and Carolyn Henderson; several devoted and caring nieces and nephews; dear friend, Chester Demarcus. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude and appreciation to Shalom Hospice and Nurse, Sandy Alexander for their care and support for Frank during his recent illness. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 4:00 PM with Reverend Kevin Roberts officiating. Family and friends will meet by 10:45 AM Monday, November 25, 2024, at Union Baptist Church Cemetery, Washington Pike for an 11:00 AM interment service with full military honors presented by Tri County Veterans' Honor Guard.
