Frank Eldon Morris

Frank Eldon Morris Sr., age 93 of Corryton passed away, Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Preceded in death by his wife of 64 years Mary Elizabeth Morris; parents John and Flossie Mae Morris and several siblings. Survived by his children Gerry Ferguson (Bill), Mary E. Fincher (Bradley), Christine Scruggs (Cliff); Frank E. Morris Jr. (Ann), Jack Morris, Amy Terry (Rick); Eleven grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; sister Doris Kay and a host of nieces and nephews. Frank was a veteran of the United States Navy serving during World War II, worked for the Department of Energy for 35 years, a 60-year member of Omega Lodge # 536 in Oliver Springs and a member of Clapps Chapel United Methodist Church. A loving father, always putting his family first and enjoyed spending time gold panning, fishing and camping. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 19th from 11:00 am-12:00 pm at Clapps Chapel United Methodist Church. A Masonic service and funeral will begin at noon with a graveside service to follow in the church cemetery.
