Frances Sue Bailey

Frances Sue Bailey, age 84, of Northgate Terrace Apartments, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 23, 2018. She was the last surviving child of Horace Bailey and Maggie Meredith. Preceded in death by her parents; brothers Elmer, Erie, Claude, Jack and Bobby Joe; sisters Edith, Lucille and Mary.
