Evalee "Granny" Norman

Evalee “Granny” Norman, age 100, of Powell, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. The joy of her life was her children, grandchildren, and cooking. Preceded in death by her husband, Bill Norman; son, W.A. Norman; daughter-in-law, Susie Norman; parents, Cicero and Louise Roberts; four brothers; and six sisters. Survived by daughter-in-law, Vesta Norman; sons, Jerry Norman, Tony (Doris) Norman; daughter, Martha (Carl) Branam; grandchildren, Bo (Wanda) Norman, Darren (Linda) Norman, Ted (Rebecca) Norman, Holly and Heather Norman, Joe (Sonya) Whicker, Autumn and Amy Norman; great-grandchildren, Raine, Luke, and Chris Whicker, Aaron and Austin Norman, Dawn (Jason) Hillard; great great-grandchildren, Madison Blevins, Sevon “Charlie” Fields, Kaliegh and Josh Hillard, and Owen Whicker. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church Building Fund, 7604 Blacks Ferry Road, Knoxville, TN 37931.
