Ethel Louise Terry

Ethel Louise Terry, 92, of Knoxville, TN (formerly of Huntsville, AL), passed away on Wednesday, April 17th, 2024. Ethel retired from Huntsville Hospital after many years of dedicated service. She was a devout Christian. Ethel was a social butterfly. She enjoyed telling jokes, baking, and sharing stories with her friends, family, and neighbors. She always made sure you were warm and well fed. She loved spoiling her grandkids, great grandsons, and grand dogs. In her later years, Ethel resided at West View Towers where she formed many close friendships. Those who knew Ethel often described her as kind, determined, and spunky. She will be joining in heaven her daughter Margaret Terry Sharp, her parents, four brothers, and three sisters. Survivors include her granddaughters Angela Ridenour of Knoxville and Paula Briley of Rockwood, as well as her grandsons Roger (Rachel) Ridenour, David Ridenour, Dylan Headrick, and Nathan Briley; great-great granddaughter, Helena Headrick.   Family and friends will meet at 2:45 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 2024 at Whispering Waters at Highland Memorial Cemetery (4401 Sutherland Avenue) Knoxville, TN 37919, Rev.
