Erna Johnson

Erna "Edna" Johnson, age 83, passed away April 14, 2018. She was born in Iceland and raised in the Lutheran Church, where she developed a strong faith she carried the rest of her life. Edna loved her family and especially her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father Fridrik Fridrikson; mother Rosa Petursdottir and son, James A. Johnson. She is survived by loving husband of 66 years, James Johnson; son Rick (Judy) Johnson; grandchildren Brandi Pettis (Trey), Tiffany Cook (Greg), Chris Bumbalough (Katy), Tim Johnson, and Tyler Johnson; several great grandchildren and many beloved family members in Iceland. Serving as pallbearers Tyler Johnson, Treyson Pettis, Trey Pettis, Greg Cook, Chris Bumbalough, Eddie Cooper, James Rader, and Willard McCloud. Family will receive friends 12PM-2PM Wednesday Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with funeral service to follow. A private interment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery.  
