Erik Zachary Ernest Phillips

Erik Zachary Ernest Phillips, age 29 of South Knoxville, passed away suddenly Friday, September 20, 2019. Employed as a chef at Balter Beer Works. He was an avid skate boarder and spent his non-working hours at Tyson Skate Park. He loved hanging out with his friends and skate boarding friends. Preceded in death by father; Eric Phillips, brother; Isaiah Seiber, grandfather; Bill Haynes, and grandmother; Carolyn Haynes. Survived by mother; Mickey Haynes, other mother; Susan Morton, brothers; Anthony Morton, Kyle Bennett, and Kaleb Mann, aunt; Nancy Barringer and Kathy Berry, cousin; Kasi Banks and family, aunt; Erin Cope, uncles; Kelly Haynes, Billy Haynes, Luke Hooks-Haynes, Ben Haynes, Chester, and Phil Cope, the love of his life; Megan Muzzy, and many cousins. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Friday, September 27, 2019 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 7:00 pm, Rev.
