Elsie Marie Gill

Elsie Gill, age 79, of Halls, Tennessee, formerly of Bowdle South Dakota, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday June 22, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Margaret Boschee, and several brothers and sisters. Elsie was survived by Ervin Gill, her loving husband of 62 years, her three children; Thomas Gill (Brenda), Deborah Harrison (Ron), and Linda Gooding (Gerald); her three grandchildren, Christie Bunch, Jeremy Gill (Amy), and Timothy Gill (Jennifer Capalbo); three great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Gill, Eli Bunch, and Carter Bunch. Also surviving are two sisters; Janice Stotz (Randall), and Darlene Dumdie and one brother, Elroy Boschee (Myrna); and many nieces and nephews. Elsie enjoyed many crafts and hobbies, her favorites being crocheting and gardening. She was well known for her green thumb and her beautiful afghans. She and her husband resided at Elmcroft of Halls, where she left behind many friends. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm Wednesday, June 28th at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet by 9:30 am Friday June 30th at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery ( 2200 East John Sevier HWY, Knoxville, TN 37920 )with the Reverend Matthew Leonard officiating.
