Elmer Thomas Staley

Elmer Staley, age 80, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017. He was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by parents Worrie and Delphia (Camper) Staley; 7 brothers; 3 sisters. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Imogene (Thompson) Staley; son David and wife Loretta; granddaughter, Leticicia McQueen and husband Keith; great-granddaughters Madison, Marina, Marissa, Loepp, and Kinley McQueen. Special friends Ronal Atkins and Johnny Staley. Service will be held 8pm Wednesday Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel, Rev. Scott Thompson and Rev. Randy Beeler officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:45pm Thursday at Greenwood Cemetery for 2pm interment. Family will receive friends Wednesday 6-8pm Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
