Ella Mae Haire

Ella Mae Haire, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on November 15, 2013 surrounded by those she loved and loved her. She was bor January 13, 1917. Ella Mae’s love and dedication for her Lord and Savior and her family is what she will be lovingly remembered for. She was a long time member of Highland Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband of 68 years, Paul Haire and daughter Linda Donahue. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law: Shelby & Wayne Webster, Joyce & Artis Heath. Sons and daughters-in-law: Paul David & Princess Haire, Danny & Sharon King. Ella Mae loved and enjoyed her 9 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 7 step great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank U.T. Hospice for their love and support during this difficult time. Funeral service 8 pm Monday, Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountian City. Rev. Charlie Lynch, Rev. Byron Chesney officiating. Family & friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery at 12:45 pm Tuesday for interment at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Highland Baptist Church, 6014 Babelay Rd., Knoxville, Tn. 37924. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Monday at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City.
