Eleanor Floretta Robertson

May 23, 1940 — August 9, 2012

Eleanor F. Robertson, age 72, passed away August 9, 2012. She was a 1958 graduate of Fulton High School and attended nursing school afterward to become an LPN. She was employed at Baptist Hospital for several years. She was a member of Dutch Valley Church of God and enjoyed making crafts. She was preceded in death by daughter Tina Robertson, parents Pearl & Asher Hurst, brother Asher Hurst, Jr., nephew Michael Howard, and brother-in-law Bobby Howard. Survivors include husband Charles Robertson (Maryville), daughter Rachel Kelly (Knox), son and daughter-in-law Greg & Amy Baker (Maryville), Son Timothy Baker (Severville), grandson Scott Morgan (Maryville), grandson and wife Charlie & Sarah Miller (Louisville, TN), granddaughter and husband Melissa & Sgt. Brian Voorhies (Germany), great-grandchildren Haley & Owen Miller, Jacob Morgan, and Gracie & Riley Voorhies, brother and sister-in-law Andy & Glenda Hurst (Powell), sister Julie Howard (Mascot), sister and brother-in-law Nancy & Charles Jones (Friendsville), sister Arlend Blair (Powell), uncle Rev. Eugene Roberts (Maynardville), aunts Betty Riffey (Knox), Nancy Carrell (Georgia), and several nieces and nephews she loved dearly. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Monday at Asbury Cemetery for graveside service at 11 am with Rev. Jack Dean officiating. Family will receive friends 7-9 pm Sunday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
