Edward Shane Southerland

Edward “Shane” Southerland age 41 of Knoxville, passed away suddenly on Friday, December 27, 2019. Shane was a former City of Knoxville Police officer. Preceded in death by grandparents, Johnny and Berta Mae Ingram, Charles and Betty Southerland, and cousin, Charlie Reed. Shane is survived by his loving parents Roy and Mona Southerland. Brother, Jonathan (Jennifer) Southerland, and cherished niece, Jada. Aunts and uncles, Pam Witt, Jean Rader, Wesley and Sharon Ingram, Donnie and Becky Williamson, and Mike and Carol Southerland, and many cousins. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Thursday, January 2, 2020 at United Missionary Baptist Church 7301 Charlotte Drive Knoxville, Tn 37924 followed by a 7:00 pm funeral service, Rev.
