Edward Lee Irick

Edward Lee Irick was born October 12, 1925, and God welcomed him home on January 11, 2017, into Heaven’s gates. He served in two branches of the military, Air National Guard and Navy, and also served in WWII. He was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church. He was welcomed into Heaven by parents, Sherdan and Vada Irick; son, Gary Irick and wife of 65 years, Carlie Irick. He is survived by son, Hal and Carolyn Irick; granddaughters, Kelly and Michael McCroskey, Stacy and James Hacker; great granddaughter, who he helped raise, Ashley Burleson. He also leaves behind five great grandchildren and two great-great granddaughters. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clear Springs Baptist Church Building Fund. Family and friends will meet 1:45 pm Friday at Milan Baptist Church Cemetery for 2:00 pm graveside service.
