Edna L. White

Edna L. White, age 71 of Knoxville, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, June 9, 2022. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Atlantic Ave Missionary Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and crocheting was one of Edna’s favorite hobbies. Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel White; late husband, Hubert Oaks; parents, Earnest and Alice Dockery; brothers, Johnny Dockery and Owen Dockery; stepsons, Danny White and Fred White; and grandson, Little Fred. She is survived by her daughter, Crystal McCallister; sisters, Shirley Henry and Katherine Biggs; stepchildren, Barbara, Robin, and Paul; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City. Family and friends will meet at 2:45 pm Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Lynnhurst Cemetery for a 3:00 pm graveside service with Rev. Eddie Seals officiating.
