Edith Faye Hart

Edith Faye Horner Hart, age 79, of Knoxville went home to be with the Lord November 6, 2012. She was a member of French Broad Baptist Church and retired from Standard Knitting Mill. She was preceded in death by husband Allen Hart, parents, brothers, sisters, and sons James Nichols, Jr. and Jeffery Logan Bailey. Survivors include daughter Vickie Wilhite and husband David, grandsons Brian Wilhite and wife Ami, and Brad Wilhite, and great-grandchildren Eric, Chadwick, Tiffaney, and Haley Wilhite and Bretlyn Zickefoose. Funeral service will be 8 pm Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with nephews Rev. Keith Elkins and Rev. Doug Elkins officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Young-Williams Animal Shelter. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
