Earl England

Robert “Earl” England, age 72, of Knoxville, TN went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 4th, 2017. He retired from Knox County School System after many years of service and was the owner and operator of Earl’s Insulation. He was preceded in death by parents Walter “Buss” and Gladys Widner England, daughter Sherry Lou England, siblings Nona Williams, Dan, Matt, Walter, Carl and Stoney England, and grandchild Kerry Norwood. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 29 years Brenda England, children Kathy Hemingway, and husband Ron, Nona England, Melinda Norwood, and husband Jimmy, and Jeannie England, grandchildren Anthony England, Marsena Taylor, and husband Josh, Josh Caudille, and wife Tonya, Michael England, and wife Kaila, Stephanie Geisel, Dylan England, and wife Brittany, Corey Norwood, Haley Baker, and Sydney Baker, 12 great-grandchildren, sisters Ruby Weaver and Dale Craig, and numerous extended family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to: The Foundation for Sarcoidosis, 1820 W. Webster Avenue, Ste. 304, Chicago, IL, 60614. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 7th, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, with funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Rev. Harvey Harmon will be officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. interment service on Friday, September 8th, 2017 at Lily Grove Cemetery in New Tazewell.
