Douglas Kent Decker passed away at home surrounded by his loving mother by his side. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Lincoln Park Baptist Church and was saved when he was twelve years old. He was a veteran of the Navy. He was a graduate of Central High School, and attended Hiwassee College, U.T., Walter State, and Johnson City. He also loved going out to eat while on vacation and enjoyed the outdoors, traveling, music, and meeting new people. He is preceded in death by beloved brother Bradley J. Decker, grandparents Joe and Kathleen Stiles, father Charles Decker. He is survived by loving mother Joleen Stiles Decker and cousin Perry and Brent Roberts. Family and friends will meet 2:45pm Friday, July 30th, 2021 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a graveside service at 3:00pm. Online condolences may be expressed at www.mynattfh.com
