Dorothy Lee Nelson

Dorothy Lee Henegar Nelson, age 90, passed away peacefully at home with her children and grandchildren on Thursday, February 18, 2021. She was a lifelong member of Mount Olive Baptist Church in Union County, TN. Preceded in death by husband Harold Nelson, parents, brothers and sisters. She leaves behind her daughters, Elaine Vance (Bill), Penny Nelson (Alberto), and son Ronnie Nelson. Grandchildren; Scott Vance (Jennifer), Jason Vance, Julie Long (Justin), and Ashley Isenberg (Kevan), great grandchildren; Preston, Parker, and Paisley Vance, John Michael Vance, Jack and Henry and Everett Long, Isaiah and Isaac Isenberg. Guests may sign the book between 10:00 – 5:00 PM Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet at 1:30 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel to proceed to Ft. Sumter Cemetery for a 2:00 PM graveside service Sunday, February 21, 2021, Rev. Jeff Chesney officiating.
