Doris Patricia (Wheeler) Oldham, lovingly known as "Pat", age 87, of Halls passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side Friday January 22, 2021. She was retired as a registered nurse after 46 years of service. She was a longtime member of Halls Central United Methodist Church and now what is known as Christ United Methodist Church. She was well known for her cooking. She was preceded in death by the love of her life Malcolm “Mike” Oldham after 32 years of marriage when he passed away September 30, 1986; Parents, Laverne and Ethel Pearl Wheeler; and Brothers, Bobby Wheeler and Bill Wheeler. She was a wonderful mom, nana, great nana, aunt, and friend. She is survived by her Children, Gina, Wayne, and John; Grandchildren, Julia (Justin) Long, Leah (Zack) Flowers, Eric (Jessica) Oldham, Hailey Oldham, and Tyler (Kaley) Oldham; Great-Grandchildren, Jaden, Easton, Arlington, Hayze, Nikolas, and McKenna (who is expected 2-14-2021); Brother, Dan (Carol) Wheeler, 3 Special Nieces, Sandy, Barb, and Jeanne; and several other nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 pm Sunday January 24, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel followed by a 2:00 pm Funeral Service Officiated by Dr. Bruce Marston and Rev. Mark Kilbourne. Family and friends will meet at 10:15am Monday January 25, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel to proceed to Lynnhurst Cemetery for an 11:00am Graveside Service.
