Doris Lucille Hobby

Doris Lucille Hobby, age 89, passed away August 6, 2013. She was a member of Corryton Church. She was preceded in death by husband Clarence T. Hobby, and parents George and Stella Wallace. Survivors include daughter Linda Whittle, grandchildren Gail Beeler and husband Mark, and David T. Whittle, great-grandchildren Matt and Zach Beeler, sisters Janice Douglass and Wilma Miller, devoted son-in-law Jerry Whittle, as well as several loving nieces and nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be Judy Martin’s Sunday School Class. Funeral service will be 7 PM Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with Dr. Rocky Ramsey officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 AM Saturday at Greenwood Cemetery for interment at 11 AM. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City.
