Donna Sue Sluss

Donna Sue Anderson Sluss, age 68 of Knoxville, passed away October 11, 2021. She was a member of Texas Valley Baptist Church but had not attended for many years due to declining health. She was preceded in death by loving son James Sluss, father and mother Rev. James and Hazel Anderson, brother-in-law and nephew Delmar and Tony Henegar, father-in-law and mother-in-law Charlie and Cora Sluss. Survived by very devoted and loving husband of 43 years, Danny Sluss, son and daughter-in-law Rev. Jason and Ashley Sluss, sister Jane Henegar, grand-furbabies Beck and Champ. Special thanks to Dr. Shane Kelley and UT Hospice nurse Stephanie and team. Per Donna’s wishes, there will be no receiving of friends or funeral service. Family and friends will meet 10:45am Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Texas Valley Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00am graveside service, Rev. Jason Sluss officiating.
