Donna Michelle McMillan- 58, of Rutledge gained her Heavenly Angel Wings on Sunday, October 15, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones. She leaves behind a legacy of love and treasured memories. She is proceeded in death by the love of her life; Jeffrey McMillan, her parents J.L. & Jean Ruth and several in-laws. She is survived by her Daughters Whitney Black (Daniel), Niki McMillan and her special grandson Bennett Reese and her little blue eyed cowgirl Mackenzie Lynn as well as her other grandchildren Selena, Spencer, Skylar, Samuel, and Isaac Black. She is survived by her brother Steve Ruth (Jan), Sister Sherry Beeler (Darrell) she has several nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her "Zoe Bug". Family will receive friends on Monday, November 13th, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with a celebration of life to follow at 7:00pm, officiated by Rev.
