Donald E. Byrge

September 3rd, 2021 Donald Ebbie Byrge, aged 56, laid down his earthly burdens and made Heaven his eternal home. Donald loved to deer and turkey hunt. His passion was music, and he used his gift to serve the Lord with every ounce of his heart. Donald was a gentle, kind, soft spoken man who would give anything he had to someone in need. Donald is preceded in death by his daughter Susan Lynn Byrge, father Donnie Hugh Byrge, grandparents Jesse & Alline Byrge, and Dewey & Marie Duncan. He leaves behind his loving wife Ruth and his precious little dog Sadie. Mother Shirley Chestine Byrge. Step-children Melinda & Rob Wilson and Johnny Emanuel Patterson. Three Step-grandchildren Marcos & Delmy Wilson and Jacob Patterson. Brothers John David Byrge, Jessie Byrge, and Matthew Israel Byrge. Nieces Melinda Hope Stagnolia, Amber Faith Byrge, Leach Charity Byrge. Nephew Jacob Peyton Byrge. Great niece Stephanie Stagalia. And a host of cousins and many friends as well as Mother-in-law Rosemary Phillips. Visitation will be held at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel on Tuesday September 7th from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm followed by a joyfully celebration of life and service at 7:00 pm. Reverends David Bumgardner and Marcus Severance will be officiating. His wife and family wish to express how thankful they are for all the kind wishes and support during this time of sorrow. Donald was a wonderful man and an even greater husband and friend. Our hearts are forever broken and life will never be the same. Till we meet again Donald. In Heaven some sweet day.
