Diana Sowers Williams

Diana Sowers Williams, age 63, passed away November 20, 2016. She was born July 11, 1953 at The Baptist Hospital in Knoxville, to the late Earl F. and Dorothy J. Sowers. Diana was a dedicated employee of Seneca Medical for 36 years. Preceded in death by daughter, Cynthia Michelle Diffie; her parents; and sister, Linda Fay Sowers Wright. Left to cherish Diana’s memory are son, Michael “Mikey” (Jennifer) Williams; sister, Jamie Sowers (Marty) Tyree; grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kennadi, Kobie, Kooper, Kolden and Kort; niece, Megan; nephews, Clay and Hunter; extended children, Lisa Orucevic, Donna Nelson and Marc Nelson; special people, Michael Wayne Williams and Robert “Bob” Nelson. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Kerbela Shriners, 315 Mimosa Ave, Knoxville, TN 37920, 865-573-1901. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the care provided by Tennova Residential Hospice and her family of coworkers at Seneca Medical. Family and friends will meet 11:45AM Wednesday at Lynnhurst Cemetery for 12PM interment service. Family will receive friends 5-7PM Tuesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow.
