Delores “Dee” Ann Jeffers, age 47, of Sharps Chapel, went to her heavenly home unexpectedly on August 29, 2016. She was born at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge, Tennessee on December 21, 1968. Delores was a loving mother, sister, and friend who enjoyed being outdoors. Anything from fishing, camping, and sitting by the fire in the company of her friends and family. She loved having dance parties to 80’s music on the weekends with her children. She was an inventive cook, willing to explore different cultures through food. Adventurous, stubborn, and strong-willed, Delores, or Dee, put her passion into everything she did especially at Beach Island Marina Resort, also known as Bubba Brews, where she worked as a cook. She was greatly loved and will be missed by all. She was preceded in death by mother, Dora Bunch Jeffers. Survived by her father, David Jeffers; fiancé, Danny Lee Jenkins; daughters, Erin Nicole Sharp and Jessica Leanne Hampton; sons, Harold Stevenson “Stevie” Sharp and his better half, Hailey Ann Telles, and Johnathan David Sharp, Danielle Nicole Jenkins, Angelica Lea Jenkins, and Jacob Alexander Jenkins; grandson, Zayden Lynn Johnson; granddaughter, Jaycee Emory Tunkel; brother, David Wayne Jeffers and wife Brooke, and Mike “Mikey” Allison; sister, Deanna Jessica Allison, Debbie Lutz Love and Yvonne Ylitalo; nieces, Ashlee Riggs, Kaydence “Mookie Moo” Allison, Kierra Wallace, Samantha Love, and Paige Bowen; nephews, Jesse Riggs and Michael Allison, Jr.; friends, Jeff and Terri Foxx; and special friends and family at Bubba Brews. The family will receive friends 12:00 – 2:00 pm Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow, Rev. Donnie Disney officiating. Pallbearers are David Wayne, Stevie, Johnathan, Danny, David, Mike Allisen and Harold. Family and friends will then proceed to Woodhaven Cemetery for interment.
