Debra Elaine Clowers

Debra Elaine Clowers, 60 of Powell, TN was reunited with her husband, Johnny Ray Clowers Sr. on June 10, 2017. Debbie was born June 22, 1956 to the late Billy Henry and Gracie Bennett Miller in Knoxville, TN. She was preceded in death by her father, husband, brother, Grady Miller and a grandson, Ronnie Hickman Jr. Left to mourn her passing are her children, Billy Miller, Amy Clowers, Valarie Clowers, Virginia “Sissy” Clowers, Roberta “Bobbie” Clowers, Johnny Clowers and Jason Clowers; sisters, Virginia Delaney, Sheri Long, Rose Nelson, Theresa Rodgers and Kathy Lynn Miller. Additional survivors include 18 grandchildren who she loved dearly and several nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 21 from 12-3pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, 2829 Rennoc Road, Knoxville 37918. Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 22 at 11am in the Oak Ridge Memorial Gardens, 1501 Bethel Valley Rd, Oak Ridge, TN 37830.
