Deborah Loraine Mccurry

Deborah McCurry, 60, went home to be with the Lord on January 8, 2021. She was a wonderful wife, mom, and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Nancy Vowell, and father-in-law Clarence McCurry. She is survived by her husband Bobby McCurry, children Nancy Ownby and fiancé Phillip Harbin, James (Shawna) Ownby, and Bobbie Jo McCurry, mother-in-law Mary McCurry, grandchildren Destinee Ownby, Carrie Ownby, Desira Ownby, Cierra Ownby, Lilly Turney, Angel Turney, Bobby McCurry, Peanut Ownby, James Ownby, and Allison Ownby, brothers James (Kim) Vowell, Donald (Sherry) Vowell, and Richard Vowell, and many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm-7:00pm on Tuesday, January 12, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel, with a 7:00pm service to follow, Rev. Tim Inklebarger officiating. Friends and family will meet at Blaine’s Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery at 1:45pm on Wednesday, January 13, for a 2:00pm graveside service. Condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com.
