Deborah Jeanne Atkins

Deborah Atkins, 60 of Knoxville went to be with God April 3, 2017. She was a retired registered nurse. She is preceded in death by father James Conley; brother, Jeff Conley and niece Annette Brown. She will be greatly missed by those who survive her, husband, Ralph Lee Atkin;, mother, Mary Conley; son, Ben (Jennifer) Phillips; sister Cheryl Smith; brother, Steve Conley; two granddaughters, Marley and Reese Phillips and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Friday, April 7, 5 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, 2829 Rennoc Road, Knoxville, TN 37918 (865) 688-2331. The family will receive friends from 3-5 on Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to help with funeral expenses.
