Deborah Humphrey

Deborah “Debbie” Lee Humphrey, born April 3, 1960, passed away on August 26, 2020, losing her battle with cancer at UT Medical Center, where she worked for 34 years. She loved her family, watching UT football, and camping at the lake where her family spent a lot of time. She is preceded in death by her parents, LeRoy and Rita Goddard, her brother, Tommy Goddard, and her sister Jennifer Doane. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Gary Humphrey, two sons, Nick (Melinda) Humphrey and Benjamin Humphrey; grandson, Harrison Humphrey; sister Donna Brooks, brothers Teddy Goddard and Joey Goddard, and special friends Delores and David Kitts. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 28, from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home’s Fountain City chapel, with a funeral service to follow at 7:00pm. Mike Henderson will be officiating. Family and friends will meet at Lynnhurst Cemetery at 10:45am on Saturday, August 29, for an 11:00am graveside service. Online condolences can be made at www.mynattfh.com.
