Deborah Ann Collins, age 66, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Beverly Park Place in Knoxville, TN. She is preceded in death by mother, Betty Hansard. She is survived by daughter, Amy Bell; grandchildren, Brittney Bell and Joshua Bell; great grandchild, Ricky Mendenhall; sister, Sissy Brewster.
