David Nevin Siedler, age 50, of Loudon, departed this life, December 31, 2012 surrounded by family and friends as he entered Heaven to rest with God our eternal Lord and Savior. Member of Sharon Baptist Church and F.O.P. Lodge #2. He retired from the Knox County Sheriff Office after 22 years. He was an Avid Cubs, Cowboys and UT fan. Preceded in death by mother, Margaret Lavina Absher Siedler, and father Thomas Albert Siedler. Survived by beloved wife and best friend, Becky Bell Siedler, sons, Joshua David Siedler, Nicholas Ryan Siedler and Jonathan Thomas Siedler, daughter, Hannah Elizabeth Siedler, grandparents, Bob and Barbara Broome, Bob and Jane Heath, mother and father in law, Amos and Cindy Heath, father and mother in law, Bill and Robin Bell, brothers and sisters in law, Mark and Vicki Siedler, Tony Alsip and Veronica Hendrickson, Jon and Lisa Bell, Michael and Megan Heath and a host of other family. Service, 7:00 p.m., Friday, Sharon Baptist Church, Pastor Mark McCoig and Pastor Dennis Blazier officiating. Family and friends will meet, 12:30 p.m., Saturday, Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City and proceed to Lynnhurst Cemetery for interment at 1:00 p.m. Honors will be provided by the Knox County Sheriff Department. Pallbearers will be Knox County Sheriff Department Court Services Division. Honorary pallbearers will be Jon Bell, Michael Heath, Hoppy and Tony Alsip & J.C. Ball & all his Knox County Sheriff’s Office Brethren & Sisters.
