David Lee Underwood

David L. Underwood, age 55, of Corryton, passed away July 12, 2014. He was a member of Arlington Baptist Church. He was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society and a cancer survivor. He is preceded in death by parents Ernest and Betty Underwood. Survived by wife, Debbie Underwood; daughter and son-in-law Morgan Russell and husband Tyler; grandson Brady; sisters Kelly West and Cindy and husband Keith Caldwell; nieces and nephews Andrew Stephenson, Lauren Stephens, Billy West, and Caitlyn West; mother and father-in-law, Edna and Sherman Nowling; sister-in-law Rhonda Stephenson. Service will be held 1pm Tuesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel, C.H. Qualls officiaitng. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. Family and friends will then proceed to Highland Memorial Cemetery for interment. Family will receive friends 11-1pm Tuesday Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
