David Charles Cook

David Charles Cook, age 73, passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2023.

He is preceded in death by parents, Harold and Virginia Cook.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Vickie Reisdorff Cook; children, James Cook (Anna), Tiffany Woody (Joseph), Kimberly Cox (Ryan); grandchildren, Jason, age 22, (Alyssa), Jacob, age 20, Nicholas, age 15, Thomas, age 13, Dylan, age 8, Siddaleigh, age 8, Lochlan, age 3; brothers, Paul and Carl.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, August 7, 2023, from 4:00pm until time of funeral service at 6:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Graveside services are private.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation, www.parkinson.org, in David's honor.
